We took a full unfinished basement and turned it into a groovy retro sanctuary, the space includes a new bathroom, wet bar, and laundry all decked out in color.

Opening up the interior walls of this 1930 Storybook Cottage allowed for a kitchen expansion into the dining room. What was a cramped, closed off kitchen is now open and functional perfect for entertaining with a natural flow throughout the Dining, Kitchen, and Living rooms.

As they transitioned into becoming empty nesters, this couple decided to revamp their home to embrace the next phase of their lives.
